Today, I finally met w/ Ms. Robinson, the lawyer I've hired to draft the contracts for Spirit World. We had a nice conversation, covered the basics and then went to start the drafting.
I suppose I'm not following the industry standard model (3/4 rate for mechanicals, just as an example), but I don't want to be the industry standard. It's not that hard to aim higher, and that's what I'm going to do.
