I've found this to be true time and time again when it comes to creating anything.

You're getting to the end of the list of things, you have another seemingly short list of things that are "done" but need to be tweaked or fixed -- you're ninety percent done! This is known in the biz as the point you have completed the first ninety percent. The second ninety percent is yet to come.
