This can't be real

This video clip shows a group of men throwing a woman up in the air, she does a flip and then comes down through a basketball goal.

Someone please tell me what the trick is, because this just ain't possible.

She doesn't actually go through the net. I think that she's coming down in front of the net and then hitting it with her hand on the way down. The camera angle makes it look like she's going through the hoop.
